"Innovation, Creativity, and Change" is a core compulsory course for first-year students in vocational schools. It is a university course aimed at cultivating students' innovative thinking and practical ability. Through the course, students can understand the necessity and importance of innovation, learn about and master the process of technological revolution and industrial development, the direction of innovation triggered by global issues, and the seven layers of corporate pyramid management innovation. The course can stimulate students' innovative awareness and creativity, imagination, and ability to apply basic knowledge and methods of innovation to analyze innovation cases, track the trends of innovation in industry and enterprises, generate or optimize ideas, enhance innovative spirit and ability.




"Innovative Thinking and Development" 


"Innovative Thinking and Development" course is a core compulsory course for first-year students in vocational schools. Based on the three innovative dimensions of scientific tools, divergent thinking, and human-centered design, the course is centered around the four typical types of thinking: system thinking, divergent thinking, human-centered thinking, and engineering thinking. Through the course, students will understand and master the methods of systematic thinking and divergent thinking, stimulate their divergent thinking, creatively propose solutions to problems, master and apply human-centered thinking tools, cultivate students' "people-centered" design concept, guide students to discover and analyze problems with a scientific perspective, scientifically and systematically carry out innovation, and enhance their innovative spirit and ability.




"The Growth of Entrepreneurs"


"The Growth of Entrepreneurs" is a required course for second-year students at vocational schools. The course is centered around three chapters related to "Everyone is an Entrepreneur", "Everyone Needs Entrepreneurial Spirit", and "Everyone Needs to Improve Their Entrepreneurial Abilities". The goal of the course is to help students acquire knowledge related to entrepreneurship, cultivate their entrepreneurial awareness, spirit, and ability. Through the course, students can learn the knowledge that an entrepreneur needs to know, acquire the ability and qualities of an entrepreneur, and open up their minds by studying, discussing, and summarizing the typical cases of entrepreneurs. This will help them prepare knowledge, mentality, and ability for starting their own business or expanding business within an organization in the future.




"From Non-Business Plan to Business Plan"


"From Non-Business Plan to Business Plan" is a mandatory basic course for second-year students at vocational schools, which helps students transition from basic preparation for entrepreneurship to systematic thinking about entrepreneurship. The course mainly aims to cultivate students' entrepreneurial awareness, entrepreneurial spirit, and entrepreneurial ability. The course is centered around two themes related to non-business plans (personal plans, event plans) and business plans, and the information, knowledge, and skills required for them. Students learn to write non-business plans, mainly to develop their leadership and coordination skills, time and goal management skills. The study of the business plan module, on the other hand, enables students to turn their entrepreneurial ideas into practical and feasible business plans, cultivating their entrepreneurial awareness, entrepreneurial spirit, and entrepreneurial ability. Through the course, students can understand how to systematically plan and operate. The course helps students open up their minds by studying and discussing non-business plans and business plans, and better guides them to plan for their future studies, work, and life. It also prepares students' knowledge, psychological, and general business capabilities for their future entrepreneurship or business expansion within organizations.
