Neusoft Institute Guangdong
Neusoft Institute Guangdong is a private general higher education institution approved by the Ministry of Education and funded by Neusoft Corporation. In 2004, it was recognized as "the first batch of model software institutes in Guangdong Province" by the Department of Education of Guangdong Province. In 2005, it was recognized as the "National Base for Nurturing Skill-Oriented Professionals in Short Supply on Computer Application and Software Technology" by Guangdong Provincial Department of Education. In 2013, it was recognized as the "National Vocational College Employment Competitiveness Demonstration School" by China Youth Daily. In 2014, it upgraded to Guangdong Neusoft Institute, a general undergraduate school approved by the Ministry of Education to provide undergraduate programmes
The university is located in Foshan, an important manufacturing city, in the core area of Foshan's High-tech Industrial Development Zone adjacent to Guangzhou. It covers an area of 538,700 square meters and currently has more than 13000 students. The school now has the School of Computer Science, School of Information Management and Engineering, School of Information Management, School of Digital Media and Design, School of Foreign Languages, School of International Education, School of Basic Education, School of SOVO Innovation Management, School of Continuing Education, etc. The programs cover 4 discipline fields of engineering, management, art and literature. There are 23 bachelor degree programs，10 junior college to undergraduate programs and 11 junior college diploma programs.
