The Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, formerly known as the Institute of Psychology, Academia Sinica, was founded in 1951. It is the only national-level psychology research and teaching institution in China. With the support of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the national psychological expert group, it has carried out basic training for psychological counselors related projects, and promotes psychological counselor projects by supporting social institutions to carry out training and implementing comprehensive examinations to test the quality of trainee training.
